في إطار مشروع المونوريل القومي، أنجز فريق esolution_pt أعمال الإشراف الكاملة على تركيب قضبان ما بعد الشد (PT-Bars) كجزء من الكمرات الطويلة سابقة الصب (long-span segmental beams). هذه الكمرات تشكّل العمود الفقري لمسار المونوريل المعلّق.

As part of the national Monorail project, the esolution_pt team completed full supervision of PT-Bars installation as part of the long-span segmental beams. These beams form the backbone of the elevated monorail track.

المنهجية الفنية

Technical Methodology

الكمرات يتم لصقها بوصلات معلّبة (grouted joints) مدعومة على أبراج الصبّ المؤقتة حتى اكتمال أعمال ما قبل الشدّ، ثم تُحرَّر للوظيفة التشغيلية.

The beams are spliced with grouted joints and supported on temporary formwork towers until prestressing work is completed, then released for operational function.

• أحمال ضخمة: الكمرات تتحمّل أوزان قطارات المونوريل اليومية + التحميل الزلزالي Heavy loads: Beams must support daily monorail traffic plus seismic loading
• أطوال غير عادية: الكمرات طويلة (long-span) تحتاج تقنيات Post-Tension متقدمة Long spans: Long-span beams require advanced post-tension techniques
• الدقة الإنشائية: هامش الخطأ المسموح بالملليمترات Precision: Tolerance margins measured in millimeters
• السلامة العامة: أي خلل = خطر مباشر على الركاب Public safety: Any defect means direct risk to passengers
